Chad Echols, the firm’s founder, believes in a firm “that can aggressively and competently represent its clients, while being a good corporate citizen in Rock Hill, South Carolina.” Chad served as a law clerk for 16th Circuit Judge John C. Hayes, III before beginning practicing law in Rock Hill in 2003. He currently serves as South Carolina state chairperson for the ACA International Member Attorney Program, as well as serving on ACA’s Judicial Fund Committee. ACA International is the trade association for the credit and collection industry.
Locally, Chad serves on the Board of Directors for Good Folks of York County, Upper Palmetto YMCA Camp Cherokee, York County Clemson Club, and he is a Co-Vice Chair for the 2017 Come-See-Me Festival.
Chad, a native of Rock Hill, graduated from Clemson University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree and from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2002. He is married to Anna Echols, an elementary school teacher in the Rock Hill School District. They have two young children.
